Fantastic

So so so many less headaches!

PROS

Stock and Buy sorts out some of the fundamental issues on shopify, namely that inventory management doesn't track cost and the PO module of Shopify is very basic. It's also the only sensible software for integration with Xero, a major feat considering the other players in the inventory management category

CONS

Some minor features are missing but luckily these guys are the most responsive developers out of any app we use.

Reliable platform solution

PROS

It is very user friendly and one gets to know the functioning of the platform very quickly. The service is outstanding and there is always very prompt assistance when you need it.

CONS

Sometimes there are a few 'glitches' between Shopify and Stock & Buy syncing but this is a rare occurrence and not anything that can't be rectified very speedily.

Amazing Product and support

PROS

How it integrated with Xero and the Purchase order function

CONS

Didn't have a barcode scanner to make it easier to change stock levels for the team on the floor

The mobile apps we recently released allow you to run stocktakes using an off-the-shelf smartphone (iPhone, Android) so you don't need to purchase a special handheld device. Definitely worth it!

Does exactly what we need it to do, without requiring lots of additional work.

Wonderful experience, A+++ customer service!!!

I am only starting my retail business, and trying to keep my overheads at an absolute minimum, so pretty much doing everything myself, sourcing manufacturers, procurement, sales, advertising, web design, etc... Not an easy job. I was initially quite sceptical about this software, thinking that all good things cost lot of money. I was terribly wrong!!! The software is good, but the customer service definitely exceeded all expectations. Every tiniest problem I had was responded to within couple of hours at the most, and system fixes applied where needed in no time. Well done, Stock&Buy! Thanks a million, and please keep up a wonderful job!

Couldn't be happier

Stock&Buy has proven to be a worthy tool and one I'm looking to explore further. The founder is great and his team are responsive to any need or trouble I may have. For a starting business, this is a great tool to start your journey in the world of commerce. I will definitely be documenting my use of this program and wouldn't think twice about sharing this web based application with fellow business partners, friends and family.

Best one I have found so far!

It is very easy to use so far! We don't much in the way of tons of features for our purposes so this is the perfect software. Others we checked out had more features than we, as a very small business, would ever have use for. This is nice and basic and covers our needs.

This software is easy to use has really helped streamline my inventory control

Easy to use, helped in streamlining my business. Customer service is excellent. Have made two suggestions in the short time I have been using for changes to me made and they have been implemented within days of request.
