All of our issues have been handled fast, with knowledge and very professionally. It does require daily maintenance but it is a time saver in the end. We use the clone function quite often. The support team has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We submit questions to them on quite a regular basis and they always seem to have the right answer and fix. It has also enabled us to save money by allowing us to control and carry less inventory. Cons: There should be a outlined onboarding sheet provided at the beginning of the onboarding process. I believe that the mapping process and categorizing of items has been the most confusing for us to learn. This was our first time using a product like this. Maybe simplifying your library for the mapping process and categorizing of items would make it easier for us. There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels. I have a sense everything is there (or that they will put it there if not) but I'm not an IT or even graphics guy. I do think repetition will better familiarize me with the layout. And I don't know how they could jam this many features into an interface and not make it confusing at start up. Reasons for switching to StoreAutomator Well, lets see. Maybe it was the other large publicly traded company saying 'this is the last time we will work on this (particular) issue'. Or maybe their giving us misinformation numerous times that required a total redo on our part. Perhaps it was 14 months of work and we still were not ready for prime time. For what it is worth many of their tech support people cared and tried to work through things but their internal policy prevented them from 'fixing' anything. At worst I got cryptic examples telling me to do this or do that. At best I resolved many issues after hours more involvement. And their account execs? The original salesperson said she would be there for us during the experience: once problems started to materialize I got a not from the new exec that she is removing the old one from cc's. And two weeks before I even knew I had a new one and the introduction email that said I am here for you a week later I got an email saying she was taking vacation and will be out for a week.
