From Paper to Profit, most adaptable MES around!

My company purchased it for a high-volume product line, which we were able to get fully set up and automated within 6 months. The product line yield grew from about 60% to >90% because of how we could customize to the unique customer requirements.

Pros:

Automating the manufacturing and quality control processes to digital work orders and no paper travelers or reliance on Google Sheets. It works great with high-volume manufacturing or simple R&D. The best part is it can be customized and highly adaptable to all industries.

Cons:

Time it took to learn the new system, especially with a small company size and development team.

Pros:

TME has helped us control our process steps and provide traceability on many of our products. TME web services have allowed us to automate some process tracking with our own custom tools and applications.

Cons:

The speed of large transactions in TME could be improved.
