Trunk has been the absolute best purchase for my small business
Trunk has been the absolute best purchase for my small business. We were editing all of our inventory in each listing we had manually whenever we received a sale at first, but quickly learned that was not going to work for very long. I researched a ton, but all the other options for inventory tracking either didn't include the features I was needing, or they were crazy expensive. Then I found Trunk. It's so simple and easy to use! And it updates your inventory automatically for you pretty much instantaneously! I love it so much. Again, the best purchase I've made for my small business.
PROSI love that Trunk updates your inventory instantly for you. And it keeps track of your inventory over several online retail options. We use it mostly for Etsy, but we have also begun to integrate Square as well. It's so easy to use, and the customer service team is amazing!
CONSI honestly don't have a thing that I would change about Trunk. It is the perfect solution for my small business needs.

Well worth it
I love Trunk Inventory. Reasonably priced, works great. I especially love the duplicate syncing feature. It lets me know when I've made a mistake in the SKU. I couldn't run 2 stores without it. Thank!!!!

Great for 3D printing
Great, love the idea and initial implementation. Looking forward to seeing some of the community voted updates to roll in
PROSI have over 50 different products i print and managing a lean stock of items while juggling 3 sales platforms. I Would be spending at least 1 per day at the computer managing stock without Trunk
CONSI am waiting for a mobile phone web interface so I can check and edit stock while out out in the stock room and not just at the computer

Good product
This software works great for my small business. It’s so worth it to just not have to think about one more tiny thing I have to do every day — adjusting inventory across different selling platforms.

Best Inventory Tool for Multi-Channel
I am so happy with Trunk, I can't imagine going to any of the other apps I was using before. It's slighlty more expensive but well-worth it. Excellent excellent product.
PROSNo other app has eevr been so easy to set up. With other incentory management tools you have to migrate your products and map SKUs - not Trunk! As soon as you integrate with Shopify, Etsy, Amazon etc it pulls all the SKUs and matches them for you! Duplicate SKUs are easily managed and linking products to others (ie bundles) is super easy. It does it all for you instantly once new products are added on any linked channel.
CONSLack of reporting and inability to export products to audit.
Reason for choosing Trunk
Trunk was cheaper and much more intuitive, I used Ecomdash before but it was not as easy to use and more expensive

Perfect for small businesses who need help with kit bundeling and multi channel inventory control
Overall I give Truck inventory a 4 only because I wish I could upload quantity changes faster from a Purchase order or a spreadsheet.
PROSThis has been wonderful saving me countless hours and overselling of inventory. I sell on a couple of different channels and sell tons of kits and bundle making controlling the inventory a nightmare. This app Trunk inventory has been wonderful and I have made my expense back just in countless saved hours. Its a great product and if you find a bug or error [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] jumps right on it. But take the time it set it up and double-check your bundle components before going live.
CONSGetting started was a bit hairy. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is wonderful and there to help get you up and rolling. Due to the unusual amount of kits and bundles it took a bit to get it set up and working properly. But that was mostly due to my limited time. If I was starting over I would have taken the time to really check the bundling kits that were built to verify I had entered them correctly. I had some issues due to component entry errors. As the saying goes garbage in garbage out but that was my bad.

Very happy with Trunk...
Trunk is working very well for what we need, which for the moment is synchronizing inventory between different eBay sites. It also supports several other e-commerce platforms and website builders like Etsy, Shopify and Squarespace... that should definitely help us in growing our business! Their customer service is top notch, quick and nice, they answered all our questions when we contacted them months before we even started a free trial and were very helpful when we finally subscribed and set up the synchronization... In short, great product and great team doing a great job!!
CONSI would like them to also allow for cross-listing your items directly from Trunk so that you don't have to go on each of your selling platforms separately to list the same item. I've heard that is in the works though so it's all good!

Trunk inspired me to offer gift sets!
Trunk's bundling feature has saved my team so many headaches. We used to shuffle inventory around to ensure we had enough items to fulfill all the variants of our vow books and greeting card bundles. Now we can just set up a parent SKU, and when someone purchases any of the items tied to it, it magically updates, and my team never has to panic again! It's inspired us to offer more bundles and gift sets, which we've wanted to offer for years but couldn't without confusing our customers. I Trunk!
PROSThe kitting (bundling) option is the main reason I signed up for Trunk!
CONSI would say the font color. The light gray is hard to read. Also the lack of mobile-friendliness

Saved me from many headaches.
I run stores on Squarespace and on eBay, with Quickbooks integration. There are many of my products that are sold both individually and as part of a bundle. With Trunk am able to set up a new bundle, add products to it, and Trunk automatically updates my store inventory based on the available elements. I wasted so much time trying to get my inventory and bundles synced between Quickbooks and Squarespace. That is now a problem of the past with Trunk.

The Best Real Time Inventory Syncing Software
We have automated the syncing of our inventories and saved tons of time in not having to review spreadsheets and various aspects of parts and assembly management. It's been great!
PROSI like most about Trunk the ability to manage and sync various parts and assemblies produced with my company Bits into Atoms. It takes the headache out of manually maintaining inventory by spreadsheets.
CONSThe one item I wish was included and the least desirable item about Trunk is that there is no list syncing service for managing the syncing of listing across different sales channels.

Trunk review
Trunk has been great for my business! It helps me keep track of my inventory so I know what I need to order, and prevents me from overselling items that I have on more than one listing. Customer service is always quick to respond and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very easy to chat with.
CONSI do wish it auto-created SKU's as that took me a long time to set up, and I wish that it kept my inventory page more organized without having to do that myself, as I need the organization in my life. However, the company is constantly evolving and I'm sure those features are soon to come!

Super Easy For Small Business Owners
It's taken me forever to write this but I love Trunk! It makes managing my Etsy/Woocommerce a breeze. Because of how seamless it works - it will allow me to open up to other platforms as well - especially something as strict as Amazon. Also, I just want to note that whenever I have a question - even outside of their working hours - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has gotten back to me within minutes. Super impressed.
CONSHonestly, nothing really. Everything is super seamless even for someone that gets frustrated with web stuff!

Perfect solution for brick & mortars moving online
I own a brick and mortar and when the pandemic hit, we quickly opened an online shop. Our POS is Square and our website is Squarespace which don't integrate for inventory management and which meant we were going to have to do everything manually each day as items sold - what an operational mess! I like that Trunk is a go between that keeps our inventory current online and in our POS in real time. It's easy to update inventory (when damage happens or I pull an item) right inside Trunk and it updates the website and POS. It's also pretty easy to set up since it's based on SKUs. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was also always readily available to help when needed.
CONSI hope in the future there may be a way to also have Trunk keep the pricing synced if we choose.

Great product. Will save you time and money!
I am a small business owner, and my products sell on different websites like Etsy, Tundra, Faire and my personal website. I also use QuickBooks for accounting and inventory. I was not able to keep up with updating inventory on all channels. I luckily found Trunk during a random google search and I signed up. It was a really good decision as it seamlessly updates inventory through all channels. It has saved me time and money to do it manually. Also, anytime there is a hiccup, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is just an email away. He is very helpful. Great customer service.
CONSI have used it for less than 6 months. Till now there have not been any major problems. I would like it to be integrated fully with Tundra wholesale.

Best app to sync products accross different pages for inventory management
The developers are great at responding and working on customizations needed for our store. The app works across multiple product pages with accuracy and reliability.
CONSThe only thing that I can say is that I wish it would work across different products no matter where the inventory is updated. As of now, we have to make sure that we update the products where they have a specific tag.

Trunk Saved Our Album Release From Being A Logistical Nightmare!!
We needed an inventory management system to handle our complex bundle network for our album and merchandise rollout, and the team at Trunk worked tirelessly to make sure that any issues we were having were resolved immediately. PROSThe fact that I can create many complex bundles and Trunk keeps track of the main components stock throughout all of them. That is instrumental to have in a successful album rollout.
CONSI had a couple bundles that would only partially update when I was setting their components. This could very likely have been a network issue on my end however.

Easy to set up for small business owners.
Overall, really happy with it. Don't have to do anything really as Trunk just works in the background, and updates my shop inventory in real time across my two online shops.
PROSI have two online stores; one on my website and one on Etsy. Trunk is an absolute no-brainer for anyone wanting to streamline their inventory and ensure that stock details are updated in REAL TIME over multiple shops. It saves me so much time and as a small business owner, this is invaluable.
CONSHaving the option to list all your products on one page would be good, rather than having to click through pages.

Stop looking for inventory software
Trunk has worked seamlessly within all the ways we sell our products. Their customer service is right on top of things and amazing to work with.
PROSI had been searching and testing inventory programs for over a year when I came across Trunk. WOW!!!! What an amazing program and the customer service is beyond incredible (even on a Saturday!). It works seamlessly within my squarespace and square. You will not be disappointed!
CONSThe only thing that would make this better is barcode scanning capabilites. I did ask about this during my trial and hopefully they will be integrating that in.

Trunk! The One Stop Ecommerce Inventory Management System
Trunk is easy to use, easy to setup and required no maintenance.

Trunk
I first tried Trunk in January 2020 and to be honest it did not meet my needs at the time. Fast forward to June 2021 and I can say this: Trunk is the best multi-channel inventory management software you will find in the sub $500 per month price range. Period. Not only does [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team provide top notch support, whenever you need it, the software just works. I sell on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, and Bonanza and you will never over sell due to Trunk. I tested it by adding and removing items, as fast as I changed inventory levels, Trunk was able to keep up. Very impressive. If you are looking for software to manage your inventory across multiple channels you owe to yourself to try Trunk - You will be impressed.

Great for my small art business
Trunk is exactly the solution I've been searching for. Now I can sell my original artworks on two different platforms (Etsy and my own website) without worrying about selling the same painting to two different customers! Well worth the investment.
PROSThe site is simple and easy to navigate. It's working to sync my listings inventory so I don't have to all the time.
CONSI only wish that Trunk had a feature that would allow me to sync entire product listings from my website to Etsy or vice versa so I would only have to create a listing once!

Exactly what my business needed
I can't tell you how happy I was when I found Trunk. As a small business, I desperately needed to limit my inventory so I don't overwork myself. However on Squarespace, my listings have up to 300 variables, and working with just Squarespace means every single variable had inventory, rather than applying to the entire listing as a whole. With Trunk, I was able to bundle these listings using the "material component dependency" example. It worked PERFECTLY and has given me so much more peace in my business knowing I have more control over how many sales I make. I am so so grateful I found Trunk!
CONSIt is on the pricier side compared to other software I use. However its worth every penny for the relief it provides my business. And the customer service is exceptional

Holy Grail Intergration
I was frustrated for awhile..always going back and forth on the idea of keeping etsy OR starting my own website. I didn't want to do both because not being able to sync them together.BUT I did some research and found it was possible. I looooove Trunk. It's honestly so easy. Just make sure both listings have the same SKU and Input that and link accounts and done. Thank you for making this easy.

Syncs my Faire inventory flawlessly
I couldn't find anything to sync my Faire inventory with my Shopify and Etsy store. Faire recommended me I try this app and so far so good. I couldn't find any other app that could do this so it looks like they are the only ones. I'm so glad it works the way they said it would!
PROSIt does what it say. The Trunk platform synchronizes very easily.
CONSStarting out, there were a few minor issues but it could've been due to Faire's new API. It has since been fixed!
