Saved me from many headaches.
I run stores on Squarespace and on eBay, with Quickbooks integration. There are many of my products that are sold both individually and as part of a bundle. With Trunk am able to set up a new bundle, add products to it, and Trunk automatically updates my store inventory based on the available elements. I wasted so much time trying to get my inventory and bundles synced between Quickbooks and Squarespace. That is now a problem of the past with Trunk.

Game changer
I’ve been searching for a solution like trunk for two years. I used to be stuck in a constant cycle of overselling stock on Etsy. With this software I can now sync variations with duplicate SKUs and keep my inventory up to date in real time. Thank you for this wonderful service!

Great for 3D printing
Great, love the idea and initial implementation. Looking forward to seeing some of the community voted updates to roll in
PROSI have over 50 different products i print and managing a lean stock of items while juggling 3 sales platforms. I Would be spending at least 1 per day at the computer managing stock without Trunk
CONSI am waiting for a mobile phone web interface so I can check and edit stock while out out in the stock room and not just at the computer

Well worth it
I love Trunk Inventory. Reasonably priced, works great. I especially love the duplicate syncing feature. It lets me know when I've made a mistake in the SKU. I couldn't run 2 stores without it. Thank!!!!

Trunk takes a load off my mind!
Trunk is the only platform I found that does what I needed and it has been a positive experience the entire time of use. I can set up my listings, make sure the SKUs are correct and forget about it - no matter which platform someone buys on or whichever I update. Brilliant!
PROSEntrepreneurship is demanding and there is only so much time in the day. When you have more than one storefront (in my case - Etsy and Squarespace) its important to make sure inventory is synced across platforms so you don't oversell. Its ESPECIALLY important when most of what you sell is one of a kind. If I oversell my vintage books I don't have a backup because they're not easy to find. I was stressing out a lot trying to make sure I kept the platforms in sync manually every time I made a sale. When the holidays were approaching I knew I had to find SOMETHING to help me or I would go crazy! I am SO HAPPY I found Trunk! After compulsively checking the first few orders I received had automatically synced I felt such a huge burden lifted off of me! Its easy to use and effective. I seriously recommend Trunk to fellow small business owners all the time if they sell on multiple platforms - saves so much time and headaches!
CONSBundling and Kitting has been challenging for me to get right as a non-techy person, but [ Sensitive Content ] is super responsive and so helpful any time I've run into issues (which all been user error!). The customer support is phenomenal!

Must have service for Etsy Sellers
Kits and bundles on Etsy! No more manually modifying inventories after every sale. Not to mention the incredibly useful 'low inventory' alerts. Trunk has saved us countless hours by automating many of our former manual tasks. A must have service for Etsy sellers!
PROSKits and bundles is by far the most beneficial service to us as a majority of our products are part of a bundle. Low inventory alerts that are customizable is a close second in terms of amazing features
CONSNone so far. There are features in their roadmap that would be useful to us now, but I don't consider those features not being available yet as cons

Perfect for small sellers like me
It was hard to find a good inventory sync solution that fit me as a customer because everything out there had a million bells and whistles. I like that Trunk has such a simple and nice interface and does what it claims to do WELL. There's so much software out there that overpromises and underdelivers and I'm happy to say Trunk is not one of those.
PROSNo frills inventory syncing in real-time!! Properly deactivates and reactivates my Etsy listings when Shopify inventory goes to 0--so so useful since I used to just manually log into the seller platforms and change the number, and this also protects me from accidentally overselling.Representative, the founder, is super awesome and graciously guided me through everything I needed to get up and running.
CONSCan't think of anything but I know if there are any, they will fix it!

Trunk! The One Stop Ecommerce Inventory Management System
Trunk is easy to use, easy to setup and required no maintenance.
CONSWe would like to see Trunk expand to cover more platforms, such as Google Retail. But the range of platforms currently available is still good.

Makes multi-platform selling easy!
I did the free trial and came back for more. This product is great and easy to use.
PROSSince my small business has an Etsy page, a Squarespace storefront and we participate in in-person markets processed through Square, there's a lot of pages to manage. I went looking for a solution to cross-platfrom inventory management when I made a sale on my storefront for something that had sold out on my Etsy, and didn't have the inventory available. Everything up until getting Trunk had been a manual process and I didn't like looking so unprofessional having to cancel the order because my inventory wasn't correct. Now, I won't have to worry about that ever again.
CONSThe sliding price scale is a double-edged sword, more sales means higher fee, but that does make sense. It's tough to justify when my product is a small, low cost, low margin item, but it still seems worth it.

The Best Real Time Inventory Syncing Software
We have automated the syncing of our inventories and saved tons of time in not having to review spreadsheets and various aspects of parts and assembly management. It's been great!
PROSI like most about Trunk the ability to manage and sync various parts and assemblies produced with my company Bits into Atoms. It takes the headache out of manually maintaining inventory by spreadsheets.
CONSThe one item I wish was included and the least desirable item about Trunk is that there is no list syncing service for managing the syncing of listing across different sales channels.

This software helps us grow!
We are a supply store that sells lots of bundles like in packs of 5, 10, 25, etc. Before Trunk we were spending so much time adjusting our inventory manually. Luckily Trunk has the wonderful ability to allow us to create smart kits so we are no longer having to deal with this anymore. Trunk also gave us the confidence to sell on eBay and it has been growing ever since. We are looking forward to selling on more channels that they will hopefully support soon.

CONSHonestly I don't really have anything that I dislike about this software. It is incredibly simple + reliable.

Like having your own inventory management assistant
It's just worth every single penny. When we were still evaluating we were deciding between Trunk and other inventory control software that was much more complex. We chose to go with Trunk for its simplicity and we just found it worked the best overall.
PROSI love that you can just connect everything and it all links up by sku in just minutes so it's super easy to just get started. I love that the inventory updates are instant. I love that it supports kitting. I love that it's a great value for the price.

Excellent way to organize inventory across multiple selling platforms
Trunk has helped me navigate the organizational chaos of being a small handmade business owner, selling across multiple platforms. My experiences with customer support have been prompt and EXCELLENT, as I had some difficulties setting up my inventory and managing my SKUs initially. I would highly recommend Trunk to all my maker friends and associates. It has simplified managing stock and avoiding overselling one of a kind goods.
PROSTrunk makes it easy to keep accurate inventory across my various sales channels. It's user friendly, allows feedback for improving the user experience, and my interactions with customer support have exceeded expectations. I wish I'd started using Trunk earlier in my entrepreneurial journey!
CONSI'm extremely pleased with the site so far, but I wish I could delete inventory items that I've created in error without having to contact customer care.

Best app to sync products accross different pages for inventory management
The developers are great at responding and working on customizations needed for our store. The app works across multiple product pages with accuracy and reliability.
CONSThe only thing that I can say is that I wish it would work across different products no matter where the inventory is updated. As of now, we have to make sure that we update the products where they have a specific tag.

Trunk Saved Our Album Release From Being A Logistical Nightmare!!
We needed an inventory management system to handle our complex bundle network for our album and merchandise rollout, and the team at Trunk worked tirelessly to make sure that any issues we were having were resolved immediately. PROSThe fact that I can create many complex bundles and Trunk keeps track of the main components stock throughout all of them. That is instrumental to have in a successful album rollout.
CONSI had a couple bundles that would only partially update when I was setting their components. This could very likely have been a network issue on my end however.

Easy to set up for small business owners.
Overall, really happy with it. Don't have to do anything really as Trunk just works in the background, and updates my shop inventory in real time across my two online shops.
PROSI have two online stores; one on my website and one on Etsy. Trunk is an absolute no-brainer for anyone wanting to streamline their inventory and ensure that stock details are updated in REAL TIME over multiple shops. It saves me so much time and as a small business owner, this is invaluable.
CONSHaving the option to list all your products on one page would be good, rather than having to click through pages.
