Our experience with Xentral is very positive. It makes our daily job easier as we have all shops, marketplaces and carriers conencted. Everyone in our company is using the software on a daily basis for most planning and regular tasks.

#### Pros

We like the broad connections to marketplaces, shops and carriers that Xentral offers. All our shops and marketplaces are connected so we do not have to manually create orders, invoices, labels and more. The process is more or less self-explanatory with a lot of options for customization.

#### Cons

The return system is not very polished. Especially if goods are returned damaged or broken, we have to rely on workarounds so that the goods are separated from the good ones. Also, the accounting is quite complicated and could use a better guide so that the setup is easier.

The connections to carriers and shops. Also the chance to install the product locally and access everything through the browser.

We outgrew our old software and the features that we needed were not provided by the old product.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist extrem einfach und intuitiv, was uns ein sehr schnelles Onboarding ermöglicht hat. Durch die große Modulvielfalt lassen sich unsere Geschäftsprozesse perfekt abbilden. Zudem ist das System enorm skalierbar, automatisiert unsere Auftragsabwicklung zuverlässig und liefert uns jederzeit einen exakten Echtzeit-Überblick über das Lager.

Aktuell stört mich lediglich die Mischung aus alten Legacy-Ansichten und den neu entwickelten Modulen. Diese optischen Brüche und der Wechsel zwischen verschiedenen Bedienkonzepten können den Workflow im Alltag manchmal etwas ausbremsen. Eine zeitnahe Vereinheitlichung auf den neuen Standard wäre hier super.

Trotz einzelner technischer Herausforderungen und Kritikpunkte bei der Preisgestaltung überwiegen für uns die Vorteile. Insgesamt ist Xentral eine leistungsfähige Lösung für mittelständische Unternehmen, die bereit sind, Zeit in die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Prozesse zu investieren.

#### Pros

Xentral bildet unsere zentralen Geschäftsprozesse von Angebot, Auftrag und Einkauf bis hin zu Versand und Rechnungsstellung in einem System ab. Besonders gefallen mir die Flexibilität, die zahlreichen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und die guten Schnittstellen. Dadurch konnten wir Xentral erfolgreich mit unserem Onlineshop und eigenen Auswertungen verbinden.

#### Cons

Einige Funktionen wirken noch nicht vollständig ausgereift. Besonders die Outlook-/Microsoft-365-Anbindung hat uns mehrfach Probleme bereitet. Außerdem empfinde ich die Preis- und Lizenzpolitik teilweise als schwer nachvollziehbar, da zusätzliche Kosten für bestimmte Funktionen nicht immer frühzeitig erkennbar sind.

Sehr modern und entwickelt sich ständig. Die Abläufe werden besser und verständlich. Logisch aufgebaut. Support ist schnell. MA sehr hilfsbereit und professionell.

Buchhaltung Modul, KI Modul, Kosten. Weiterleitung - Subunternehmer zu früh, bzw zu oft. Rechte verteilen ist fast unmöglich. Sehr kompliziert und unübersichtlich. Admin Rechte sehr oft notwendig. Rechte vergeben ist eigentlich nicht machbar.

Manchmal ist das System etwas langsam, und alle manuellen Arbeiten hängen davon ab. Für den Bestelllauf wünschen wir uns dynamischere Optionen, da wir viele dynamische Preisquellen haben, die wir bisher nicht synchronisieren konnten.

Das System bietet einen großen Funktionsumfang für Warenwirtschaft, Auftragsabwicklung, Einkauf, Lagerverwaltung und Versand. Besonders hilfreich sind die zahlreichen Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten, die viele manuelle Arbeitsschritte reduzieren. Die Anbindung an Online-Shops, Marktplätze und Versanddienstleister funktioniert in der Regel zuverlässig und ermöglicht effiziente Prozesse. Gleichzeitig erfordert die Einrichtung und Anpassung einzelner Funktionen etwas Einarbeitungszeit. In einigen Bereichen, wie speziellen Rechnungs- oder Reporting-Funktionen, besteht aus meiner Sicht noch Optimierungspotenzial. Die Automatisierung vieler Prozesse spart Zeit, reduziert Fehler und erhöht die Effizienz im Arbeitsalltag. Zudem lässt sich Xentral flexibel an individuelle Unternehmensanforderungen anpassen und bietet zahlreiche Schnittstellen zu Online-Shops, Marktplätzen und Versanddienstleistern.

Was mir an Xentral derzeit weniger gefällt, ist die Umsetzung der X-Rechnung. Die Funktionen und Abläufe wirken noch nicht vollständig ausgereift und könnten hinsichtlich Bedienkomfort, Flexibilität sowie Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten weiter verbessert werden. Intuitive Benutzeroberfläsche, tolle Community, viele Schnittstellen zu Onlineshops und Markplätzen.

#### Cons

Die API kann noch weiter standardisiert werden. Außerdem ist die Software für kleinere Unternehmen mit viel Umsatz nicht preiswert :-)
