The ability to search cases, cross reference cases and easily run and save reports is easy and very valuable.

The Leadership is very passionate about Employee Relations and it shows. There are not ANY other products that I am aware of that are this in tune with what is happening with Employee Relations.

The HRAcuity system is very easy to use. In particular, the way the system is built and formatted really allows you to stay organized when inputting an ER issue or an investigation.

This results in reports appearing unprofessional. I have also noticed that updates made within the issue dialogue box do not always appear on the summary reports, which is very frustrating.

Just being able to keep track of any type of employee relations case and have the ability to report on it has been great. Prior to this we were using spreadsheets, Word docs, etc.

In addition, the reporting tools are a great and easy-to-use feature, you don't have to be an analytics or data expert to know how to use them.

Several things:  1 In a fast paced function, it is incredibly helpful to have a tool support the team with the process consistencies and the information flow that is required to make good decisions.

It has been a struggle to find the time and a organized way to track employee relation conversations and FMLA.

Their ability to be innovative in addressing our challenges is much appreciated. Their response time to inquires is quick and resolute.

Sometimes the system is a bit slow. Some of our staff had difficulty with the training.

HR Acuity is an intuitive case management system that is easy to use, provides a good central location for all case document retention, and offers a comprehensive solution for employee relations data.

It would help if you could reopen cases and also delete documents that are attached to the wrong closed case in error.

In particular, if you are trying to copy/paste text from a Word doc for example, the formatting becomes very difficult to manipulate.

Additionally, the document production portion has been wonderful. We are not re-creating the wheel everytime we want to send something to a client, opposing counsel, or the court.

With Smart Advocate's features, updates, support, and innovation, there is no other way but growth. It's a powerhouse of a tool for great staff, which gives clients the most significant outcome.

For example, we are expediting electronic contracts/agreements to clients via text message and email, whereas other firms are still stuck on paper contracts.

Excellent case management system and terrific customer support.

I have a great snapshot of where our referrals are coming from and how much we spend on those campaigns. This generates a clear cost per case and cost per call.

Intuitive legal software with great customizations available and support.

The ability to customize every feature to best fit our needs. The quick responses from SmartAdvocate support and their willingness to listen to suggested changes.

I really like the added features for attaching documents that are applicable in that particular setting. We have been transitioning to going more paperless and SmartAdvocate is great for that.

That said, when a dislike does arise, reaching out to SmartAdvocate usually remedies our dislikes. For example, the recommendation was to set up multiplaintiff parties under one case number.

All the monitoring and reports you could want built in without exporting to a spreadsheet. Extremely efficient which increases productivity.

This program is extremely user friendly & my cases are all extremely organized.

It is both a good and a bad thing how much information can be stored into SA.

The lack of ability to seamlessly handle single event accident cases involving multiple parties.

The customer service is amazing and they respond quickly if you have questions. I love that they offer on line classes if you want to learn more.

This program is a great tool. It is very user friendly and I like the step by step training.

It is a tad complex and can be intimidating for new users. The reporting features are also a little bit bulky and complicated.

It can be difficult to learn the system since there is a lot to learn, but once you know where everything is it's very simple to use.
