Overall it's an improvement on our prior local-hosted system and there have been a few teething issues as one might expect, but in general the move has been positive. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Customer support 3 Functionality Pros: Easy to use system that is accessible and mostly intuitive, with an architecture that is open to change and a support/product team who are receptive to suggestions of improvement. Post-trade processing is extremely slick for an outsourced MO model, and navigation is intuitive from a Front Office perspective. Cons: Occasional issues with it's robustness and lacking in some features that should be more readily available, particularly with regard to order creation and general OM handling. Some of the processes are more rigid than expected which has been a frustration, but as mentioned previously the product/support teams are receptive to change and actively looking to improve.
