Functionality

Pros:

Data is always accurate and we are always informed if there are any issues with interfaces to our providers. The ability to manage all of my customer data in the same place from portfolio's to CRM and compliance. Always launching great new features and not standing still providing the same product every year like others.

Cons:

The system is so customisable that a lot of time is spent initially setting up the system. The application is desktop based so users need to install locally. I hear they are bringing out a web based version though!
