Ratings Breakdown 2 Ease of use 2 Value for money 1 Customer support 2 Functionality Pros: None - buggy and too poorly supported to have something positive to say at this point. Cons: The version we are forced to use still is still MS Silverlight dependent - more than 20 months after Microsoft formally put Silverlight as off support and EoL. This is a major security issue and reeks of vast developer incompetence. They have a version that is Silverlight-free but it is too buggy to use. Looking to replace it at this point. Vendor Response Thank you for your feedback. Clarifying a few key points: Your comments refer to an older platform version that relied on Silverlight, a client-side technology of Microsoft, used broadly to deliver a responsive and interactive interface. We released a new platform version (V7) in 2022, and new clients have been onboarded to the new version, which does not utilize Silverlight. Most of our clients rapidly migrated to the new version. Any client decision to remain on the legacy version was made exclusively by their management team in conjunction with their IT security teams. This is common, especially among some large institutional clients, to allow time to properly train users and update internal manuals. As with any rollout of a new system, it takes time to train users, who may initially be reluctant with some changes that are ultimately beneficial. We have been happy to support our clients' management of this transition. New releases are only on our V7 platform.
