Review of Connectivity Pro portal

PROS

The dashboards make it easy to see the data bandwidth utilized by each SIM card and to monitor activity across your deployed SIMs.

CONS

Alert Thresholds and Activation Profiles were not ported over from my PRiSM Pro account. I have a case open with the Kore Support team.

Platform has potential, but needs an uplift

Started off great and over time has gotten worse, they need to overall and make things simple

PROS

They have access to a lot of providers through the kore one platform

CONS

The usage details are slow, the reporting for bulk jobs are clunky

Reasons for switching to KORE One

Needed additional products that weren't available in Porthos system
