Review of Unum

Experience has been not as good as I had hoped because once there is a problem, it is hard to fix

PROS

transition from East to Unum is pretty seamless

CONS

The feed between Ease & Unum created 2 duplicate employees which were hard to get Unum to fix on the billing.

Using UNUM

PROS

The product is easy to use and policies have saved employees thousands of dollars offsetting medical costs.

CONS

The feature that our firm likes least about UNUM is the integration process being confusing and employees providing mismatching information.
