  • Pros

  • I had very good experience while i was working with mulesoft. The best thing i like in mulesoft is to ease of use.
  • This is one the best studio o have ever seen very best in quality and customer support was awesome.
  • I highly recommend this platform to others. Because, it offers connectivity capability which profitable for enterprise, and offers simplicity for developer to implement it.
  • Cons

  • Many bugs in the editor - showing errors where there are none, showing errors on the wrong lines.
  • I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.
  • Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

  • Price is awesome for us non-profit. I shared with them some improvements, and there was some adjustments at the beginning but overall it is totally worth it.
  • Great support (the customer success team has been very helpful). Easy to initiate help requests through the chat window.
  • Workato is the best cost-effective tool with user-friendly customer support. The fantastic feature is we can share our recipe to even other users and they can make use of it.
  • Cons

  • The only con is it will keep on sending the emails if the flow has errors, which might disturb the users.
  • The biggest challenge I have had working with Workato has been trying to figure out why an error has occurred.
  • The downside is that the pricing cost is quite expensive and is limited in terms of customization.
