Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It does everything you need in a simple way and is quick and easy to track and test bugs in one place. Love the chat on each bug facility and mobile app.

  • It's quite easy to learn. Low administration load.

  • Cons

  • The only thing I've always felt zoho bug tracker lacked was a mobile app. Now there's a mobile app that works very well, there's absolute nothing to complain about.

  • Occasionally we run into an issue with a complex project where we'll need more custom fields to be able to add to it and have to be a little creative.

  • Pros

  • - Superb UI - Customisable without clutter - Performant - Incredibly easy to use

  • It's super simple and opinionated in all the right ways. The user interface is extremely fast and responsive.

  • Cons

  • Clubhouse was a little confusing at first. There's a lot of features and functionality. Once you're past the learning curve it feels like home.

  • In the beginning, it was a bit difficult to get the hang of, but it could have been because I was not used to using this type of app!
