  • Pros

  • This makes it easy to convey to our users what timeframe they can expect to have things resolved and new features released.
  • So easy to use and lots of ways to customize to work for your team. Their blog is helpful and Customer Service team is.
  • Cons

  • Some technical bugs that come about (and no way to avoid upgrading versions) because it's a web app. Mobile app could also use some work.
  • I have not come across any least features as using it for very limited purpose to report and track the project tasks and hours.

  • One benefit that we love is adding and modifying fields in the ticketing system to keep track of certain information of the customer.
  • Great library of extensions, integrations, and more. The forums are extremely helpful too.
  • Cons

  • It does lack some features that you get from a paid alternative such as Autotask,, things such as integrating into an RMM system.
  • What I dislike about the software it crashes most of them based on feedback from Adminstrator. And as End-user, the URL is not available for use.
