  • Pros

  • We care about the individual approach to the customer, and HelpDesk supports us in this. Thanks to the teams, the customer can be assigned to the appropriate department.
  • I love how it makes our tasks easier and we're excited to discover more of its other features that we can use in our other lines of business.
  • The experience has been very positive and we will continue to use HelpDesk as we have had many benefits from it.
  • Cons

  • I went to cancel it and it had charged me yesterday even though we have not been using it.
  • There are spam and bot with fake tickets, I have to delete them frequently.
  • It can reflect badly on the organization if representatives are not professional. Some cultural differences may occur and miscommunication can happen.

  • This software is full of great ideas and teaching that can be very important for marketing and how to promote the products we are trying to sell.
  • What really makes HubSpot standout is their community and excellent support. They are looking to help your business grow by creating excellent content and developing a true inbound community.
  • Perhaps the greatest advantage from an administrative standpoint is the ability to automatically create tasks with workflows and see that they get done in a timely manner.
  • Cons

  • No true inbox, unless you're using their service hub product, which we don't because we have intercom. Terrible integration with intercom, sad because we use both.
  • If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.
  • Not invoicing any one right now. It been over 4 months with NO INCOME.
