  • Pros

  • We care about the individual approach to the customer, and HelpDesk supports us in this. Thanks to the teams, the customer can be assigned to the appropriate department.
  • I love how it makes our tasks easier and we're excited to discover more of its other features that we can use in our other lines of business.
  • The experience has been very positive and we will continue to use HelpDesk as we have had many benefits from it.
  • Cons

  • I went to cancel it and it had charged me yesterday even though we have not been using it.
  • There are spam and bot with fake tickets, I have to delete them frequently.
  • It can reflect badly on the organization if representatives are not professional. Some cultural differences may occur and miscommunication can happen.

  • The flexibility is key for us and the ease of use. If something is quite the way you like you can easily configure it and change it on the fly which is great.
  • Excellent experience had by all. Team were responsive and felt like we had support from all areas.
  • It's really easy to use, and it helps that it looks like a windows desktop. I like that I can customise most of the screens and can easily get to the information I need.
  • Cons

  • It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.
  • Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.
  • There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.
