The Remote Assistance tool is just plug and play, no setup to speak of at all. I have to admit, I feel a little guilty that we are getting all of this for free. I'm looking forward to breaking the 200 endpoint barrier in teh next year and subscribing to a tool that is 100% worth the investment. Cons: Occasionally the dashboard counts and statistics lag behind by a few minutes, but that's most likely some I see because I spend a lot of time using the portal each day. Cons: The "entity" breakdowns in the console are nice; however, it currently does not allow for enterprise wide actions.
