Automox is one of the best products in the markets, which enables convenient endpoint management for Roaming endpoints. Automx is a cloud native, cloud based, modern solution for endpoint management.

Streamlined Patch Management and Worklet scripts for easier deployments.
Cons:
Being a cloud native SAAS solution, Automox does not have the capability to provide a viable solution for patch management in on-premise devices which are not exposed to internet.

Cons:
Lack of expanded reporting. You will most likely have to leverage API to get extract the data you are looking.

ConnectWise offer more features but seemed like the core feature we where after, patch management, was not as strong as Automox's offering.

Amazing tool

I couldn't see us ever not using it. we have offices situated around the world and now with home users it gives us a central control platfrom to update, deploy and amend devices regardless of their locations.

Pros:
Being able to patch any machine and pretty much any app from anywhere, what isn't there to like as an IT admin. We previously used SCCM and that always depended on VPN or being on a network or when the schedule was, which meant our machines were always out of date. With Automox we don't have that issue. Also we can deploy apps and config to devices more efficiently than even SCCM or Autopilot.
Cons:
The remote access component could be a great integration, but we haven't found it reliable.

Just a far superior product, nicer interface, and the staff were really nice.

Easy to use interface and dashboard. I love being able to be away from the office and know that anyone on my team can spend just a few minutes to figure out all the data and info needed to complete tasks.
Cons:
I think the worklet catalog could be larger. Also the remote desktop feature could be more robust with features to make it a true selling point.

1) Its a SaaS tool and doesn't require any on-premises set up 2) Creating policies for patching and vulnerability management is easy and super quick 3) In Automox dashboard you can get a high level and quick reference view of the count for the pending patches and devices

I like that automox support team respond to my query in detail and on time. Also there are many options on how we create policy in automox based upon our requirements.
Cons:
The automox agent does not sync well with the console, It shows incorrect status of the device not always but sometimes.
