Pros/Cons
Pros
- As I said, the Tech Support team is fantastic. Baramundi has raised the bar of our network security to a significantly higher level.
- The ability to push new applications to end user device remotely and also push new update is so perfect.
- This solution has saved us countless hours monitoring, upgrading and deploying desktops.
Cons
- It is somewhat difficult to setup and learn how to use it. If it had not been for the onboarding team, I would have been very frustrated.
- Many of the videos are in German, but there are no subtitles or English versions.
Pros
- The reliability and ease of use of PDQ is great. I also love the ability to customize and create packages.
- I love the product, it's reliable, easy to use, robust features, and the support folks are great.
- All patches, updates and upgrades are resolved very quickly and in addition your support is very fast and friendly. I am very happy that I chose PDQ.
Cons
- Lack of remote client aside (Connect would resolve that) , lack of information for connection errors, and the basic reports with certain fields limiting other fields is quite annoying.
- The error messages on the deploys are not so clear, it difficults the troubleshooting on the first time without some research.
- Can be a little difficult to find the silent install switches for some of the software.
