Pros/Cons
Pros
- Its updates were amazing, improving and improving and the tutorials to install a hidden client inside the PC of people who have "issues" with IT Team.
- It is very reliable and secure. The inventory and file transfer features are very helpful.
- Amazing corporate experience, a simple but robust solution for a big or small company.
Cons
- Some of the controls have been moved in recent updates and that can be frustrating.
- The only con is that it's difficult to access other networks besides the internal one of the company. For Ex. how Teamviewer/Anydesk or other software work.
- Deployment of the software can be difficult to install if computers are located in a remote location.
Pros
- There is a fantastic free version of Webex, making it quite affordable. I also like that all you have to do to use it is click the link in an invitation—you don't even have to download anything.
- It was a great experience using Webex app. It is very useful for employees to communicate effectively especially those on a remote set up.
- This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.
Cons
- This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.
- The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.
- It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.
