The ui is somewhat confusing at times. Often searching the right button to press to do what I need/want.

There is no public API and limited integrations.

Ease of access and lots of data to work with when troubleshooting a problematic network. The Obkio device integrates easily onto the customer network and provides instant reports.

Great team to support us, and great tool to help us with our customers issues.

A few more integrations would be required to make this a proper alarming tool.

Don't expect them to go out of the way for you. PRTG has wasted 2+ hrs fighting with me on fixing something their software caused, something they could likely fix in a 5min phone call.

Easy installation, extremely low learning curve, highly customizable, best category map editor, simple and clean appearance.

Easy to use, the free version of the software provides a good number of sensors to work with and easy to integrate.

If you make sure your infrastructure fits within PRTG's pricing model and you do not go over the # of sensors you buy, it can be a valuable asset in daily Sysadmin life.

Good solution for monitoring network performance. You can customize dashboard as you need, create sensors which you need and it happens very easy.

Some sensors are complex making them hard to implement.

Initial configuration for first time user may be a little confusing. Pricing is also on the high end.

Fantastic, we can proactively monitor connections and equipment, often we are working on fixing it before the end users know it is broken.
