Pros/Cons
Pros
- The reliability and ease of use of PDQ is great. I also love the ability to customize and create packages.
- I love the product, it's reliable, easy to use, robust features, and the support folks are great.
- All patches, updates and upgrades are resolved very quickly and in addition your support is very fast and friendly. I am very happy that I chose PDQ.
Cons
- Lack of remote client aside (Connect would resolve that) , lack of information for connection errors, and the basic reports with certain fields limiting other fields is quite annoying.
- The error messages on the deploys are not so clear, it difficults the troubleshooting on the first time without some research.
- Can be a little difficult to find the silent install switches for some of the software.
Pros
- We are able to troubleshoot our clients issues instantly which helps keep costs down and clients very happy. This is a very affordable product with great flexibility and power to aid in IT operations.
- Amazing!!! From the technology, to the technical support, all the way to their Account Management has been superb. Constant contact with my rep makes me feel like Pulseway us part od my extended team.
- Ease of installation and ability to get up to speed with agents and advanced features. The mobile App is simply brilliant.
Cons
- Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.
- Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.
- Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.
