Reports generated by the Splunk helps us to find out the API with the highest response time. In this way, Splunk makes our work a lot easier as it is very fast and highly secure.

It would have been great if training from splunk were cheaper.

Mainly checking code for Fatal errors and application error which does not break in development environment.

Don't use this if you've had no experience with computer software or coding before.

Splunk has very strong query language event complex commands like Join, subquery or aggregate which much the same with SQL query with good report UI to display result.

The best part about Splunk is that it is incredibly flexible.

Overall experience is good. As per our usage this should be used as a mother ship for all the monitoring tool to gump the records to ensure those can be correlated to identify the root cause.

The troubleshooting messages are not specific and can be difficult to understand. For example the zap will show an error but the message will not point to the specific area.
