Overall, the experience has been pleasant where support have been able to correct any issues or questions no matter the time, I chat with someone or submit a ticket which is great to have since we don't all work during business hours.

Functionality

Pros:

It's pricing seems reasonable and no contract. When it comes to the agreement it is very transparent. It is expensive if you have a very low number of agents but if you do have over 100 agents then the price is very reasonable. If you pay per agent, then you are stuck with a minimum amount and with a contract.

Cons:

It is not mobile friendly especially for the client who might be on the road and always on their mobile device, making a payment to a sent invoice is almost impossible. There are other features that can use some improvement, but they have the option to request these features or upgrades and they seem to work on it, just not fast enough it feels. Example, you can send invoice one time but there is no reminder invoice template to remind the client their invoice is due or late. Ai for me still seems a bit useless at the time of reviewing this. I want it to perform certain tasks like create scripts or perform certain functions based on a ticket not only reword the tickets verbiage which looks like a robot wrote it. There is no tone and usually doesn't provide accurate information.

Reasons for choosing SuperOps

I had them before they were bought by Kaseya and was advised they changed their contract method, so it is not 3 years and lowered the agent price, but they still want a minimum number of agents for at least an annual contract which would have been more since the PSA is not included.

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

They required a contract and Enterprise version of their product simply to have a BAA agreement in place while others simply provide this without any strings attached.

Pros:

I like the pace of development with the product. They are making great strides all the time and have been doing so since I started working with SuperOps in 2022. They are responsive to new feature requests, and most of the time, the support is excellent. It's an almost complete system that meets most needs

Cons:

Sometimes the pace of development can become a problem — they create so many new things that they occasionally don’t fully complete what they’ve previously started, which means some features don’t quite reach their full potential.

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

Many issues and promised features were never developed — we couldn’t rely on the system

Worst Service & Support – Stay Away!

1

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster, and their support team is absolutely useless. Constant downtime, unreliable service, and when you actually need help, they ignore your requests or give you generic, unhelpful responses. We repeatedly asked for access to a backup of our critical data, and they failed to provide it. Every time their system went down (which happened way too often), our entire business was paralyzed with no way to retrieve important information. Instead of actually helping, they just gave us excuses. The lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, do not waste your time or money on this service. They are irresponsible, their support is useless, and their service is a joke. We ultimately had no choice but to leave, and I will make sure to warn others on every platform possible. Stay away at all costs!

Cons:

Reasons for choosing SuperOps

They promised a good service and what we saw in the trial worked well but over time we realized how unstable the service was and how bad the support was for troubleshooting.

Imperfect like everyone else, but solid for MRR-Heave MSPs

4

Overall it has been good. If you are savvy in systems, and not afraid of live chat support (AI first, however) or clearing browser cookies, SuperOps is a solid choice. It has also trained me to be better at business than I was on the old platform.

Functionality

Pros:

It's unified, which is where I came from. It has many features that we use, and the number one reason is that I could do ACH with Stripe. My former platform never allowed that, they force you into Worldpay. It also has a fairly updated, while quirky, interface.

Cons:

I don't love the chat-only support model. It can be fairly asynchronous, meaning if we don't fix the issue on chat, it might be a few days before we fix it or it might even fall by the wayside. The AI component is a bit overhyped, and that we have to pay extra for AI credits isn't great. I also don't like that I can't have a license for my Business Administrator that is just PSA.

Reasons for choosing SuperOps

Most complete feature set, came with a discount

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

Stagnant development, ACH with Stripe support

SuperOps.ai is actually super

5

My overall experience with SuperOps.ai has been very positive. The platform is clean and easy to use. What really sets SuperOps apart, though, is the team behind it. Their support staff are responsive, helpful, and genuinely listen to feedback. It’s clear they care about their users and are actively working to improve the product based on real-world input. That level of engagement is refreshing and makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.

Functionality

Pros:

We've been using SuperOps, and one of the standout features for me is the simplicity of the remote tools. The remote terminal and remote desktop access are straightforward, reliable, and easy to use, making day-to-day support much smoother. There's no unnecessary complexity, which is exactly what you want when trying to resolve issues quickly. Overall, it's a solid platform that helps us get the job done efficiently.

Cons:

Not really a con, but I would like to see the asset management develop. Having the ability to see all of our users' assets in one place,e where we can track who has what

Reasons for choosing SuperOps

It was a mix of having all of the right tools that we needed, and ease of installation and a user friendly UI at the right price point

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

Itarian was lacking key feature that we needed to grow as a company and as an IT team

Functionality

Pros:

Support / Intuitive UI/UX / Ease of use / Scalability / Speed of development (new features and features improvements)

Cons:

Lack of flexibility in superops packages. To be able to fully utilize the platform (Billing/Quoting/Doc/Projects/etc) we NEED to be able to have a lower tier package for admin employees / contractors that work on projects. At the moment, there isn't and we can't mix and match packages. (every users must be on the same plan) It forces us to use other tools that aren't fully integrated to superops to be able to work. We can't justify 159USD/month for admin employees or contractors that need extremely minimal use of the platform (timesheet at least/ project / billing / quoting/ etc) It is cruelly missing the kind of flexibility for us to scale better using superops. It also lacks scalability in the automation (triggers) and scripting. We can't classify and organize everything cleanly. Its only based of automation/script name. Its such a pain to manage at scale !

Reasons for choosing SuperOps

Same reasons mentionned above. Nothing more to say

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

Wanted a tool that felt 2024. Whole team loved SuperOps. Ease of use for fast growing MSP. Easy to use features (must have for new techs joining the team)

Pros:

The thing I like most about SuperOps is the versatility of the platform and the ability to modify it to work around my work style as well as to work for me. The support and constant new features of SuperOps help me find new ways to better my own ways and methods of working.

Cons:

The things I like least about SuperOps are the times, I find that they sometimes get in the way more than they are helpful. I understand why they are extremely useful for businesses, But I switch between tickets very fast and sometimes the timers don't always help with that and at the end of the day I end up with nearly 50 times of which I probably will only use 7-15.

Reasons for switching to SuperOps

We made the switch because Halo wasn't meeting our requirements the platform was not as versatile and flexible as we needed it to be which lead us to use multiple different provides and platforms for other aspects of our business where as SuperOps pulls us all into one platform.
