Best customer service team around
Overall I have had a good experience with KUBE. i love their customer service team
PROSVery good system to have for any company that specializes in member services. The ease of booking reservations and or editing them surpassed my expectations. Monthly invoices should be checked ahead of time ( before they go out ) to ensure they are all correct but other than that KUBE is great. Especially their Customer Service team. They answer within minutes.
CONSI find it a little difficult to export reports into a PDF .

Yardi Kube simply charged my bank account
Yardi Kube spelled my company name wrong and I wrote to them...no response. Yardi Kube simply put my account on auto pay which I did not authorize.
PROSit does the job for the landlord I guess.
CONSI use manual pay as default, because it puts me in control. Yardi Kube simply initiated payment (auto pay) on Saturday night, so I had to run to the bank and transfer money on a Sunday.
