Very complete and consistent ITSM software suite for Managed Service Providers
It's very complete with support for all sorts of tickets It has the ability to separate accounts, which is very suitable for MSP's Extensive reporting options Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory Available as an On-Premise or as a SaaS-solution
CONSClientele ITSM needs Windows 7 or Windows 10 to operate (it's not browser based yet) The interface might be familiar to some, but out-dated looking to others.

Great software to help us out with our business
We are using Clientele ITSM for managing our projects, storing customer data and for quote management. We are happy with the dashboard functionality and the possibility to export data to Excel or whatever other system. We run quick analyses for benchmarking and we have complete overview of all important projects.
PROSDashboard functionality
CONSWe are using SaaS. After upgrade we have new client software to install. This should not be done after next release. That will help us very much for deployment.

Good for starters...not much else
The company is nice, friendly, fast with support and responses. The product is dated.
PROSIt forces a workflow on the helpdesk. If you come from a situation where you don't have any ticketing solution in place, this tools helps to give the employees structure in their work.
CONS- The lack of integration options - The 'web portal'. It's in development for at least 2 years, and not nearly useable - Very limited customization options. - Not truly a cloud product - Click heavy - Cluttered interface - Outdated technology (Crystal reports, static Windows helpfile)
