  • Pros

  • Features are great like service board and scheduling. I like the ability to send my PO’s directly from the software.
  • Tracking customer assets and reminding you when renewals are due are awesome. The flexibility to run client and internal reports are very good.
  • The solution overall is great, nothing is perfect and it can most certainly improve on it's quirks.
  • Cons

  • ConnectWise is a horrible company and has mediocre products.
  • The sales team had no sense of ethics and resorted to lying in order to make a sale. If ignoring the deplorable ethics of the company, the product itself has innumerable flaws.
  • Poor interface clunky and over complicated for simple tasks easy to mess up and limited connectivity with other programs no simple tools like calendar reminders alarms etc.

  • Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good.
  • We have been using for over a year now and the platform works great. There are some reporting issues we would like to see added but overall Intervals works wonderfully and fits our need.
  • Reports are wonderful and you are able to get all kind of important information to decide whether a client/project is interesting or not. Other of our requirements was tracking time.
  • Cons

  • For ordinary users it is straightforward to enter time and navigate around. The problem is getting users to do it regularly - but that is a problem with the humans not the software.
  • Sometimes employees cant figure out where and how to enter their hours and their hours get lost. If they dont use the specific tasks, or task criteria, I dont see their hours.
  • Communication between tasks and larger milestones can be difficult and less intuitive to follow, especially if the Milestone spans several months work.
