Great absolutely great this is a great way to make sure you have all the appointments and your services set up for your next pet friendly clientele.

People are double charged if not done one at a time. Software creates duplicate time slots for employees which crash the system and make random appointments disappear from the calendar.

Unfortunately this software has caused numerous problems. On average we 5-6 random appointments show up that 123 pets sent reminders for but we have to appointment on record.

I love the automated reminder emails and text. I also love the ready for pick up text.

Before I got into the entertainment field, I was in business with my sister and we owned a small grooming salon. This software was the best.

Disappointed, frustrating, stressful. Now have to switch to another company.

Customer service and technical support are very nice and helpful. The software is  quiet easy to use.

I have the credit card processor through cardpointe integrated in 123 pet groom also and it has worked very smoothly and beat my bank merchant service pricing.

The software architecture is old - I pay for the pro which is a local install on a primary pc.

The marketing part for email campaigns was good. Automatic reminder feature too.

I love that I have my work schedule in a very quick second and also I have had excellent customer support.

We purchased the POS all in one system and there are very little instructions on the POS system. I cant figure out how to reverse or cancel a transaction.

I love that it helps put processes around everything we do from operations to sales to employee mgmt. I love that they are always adding new reports and other features that help us grow.

As an owner I love the ability to be offsite and easily login to check on the day. How many dogs for the day, how much earned revenue for the week, total number of check-ins or check-outs for the day.

The software is easy to use and to learn quickly.

It can be time-consuming to undo mistakes that we make in our own system.

They even talked about how other facilities do things to generate more revenue and increase labor efficiencies.

Having reviewed other programs I can say that this one by far and away has the best features and ease of usability. The interface is clear and well put together.

Waited days to get answers. Worst of all they do not provide data in a format that it can be transferred to another system.

Everyone I've spoken to is very competent and is great about getting you in contact with the right person if they're not sure how to help.

We did not renew at this point as after spending July-Nov 2014 trying to just get the db and basic functions to work - we made the decision to cancel.

The system is slow, with lots of bugs and glitches. I spent more time trouble shooting the bugs then  I would have if I had gone back to paper pencil scheduling, and bookkeeping.

The user experience has been great and when I have any questions or need help I get a friendly response (even on Saturdays).

Love the Customer Support - the rep did a great job training us and following up. She checks in from time to time as well.

Rather than alpha, all were in a nonsensical order which increased company costs for the insane amount of hours that we had 2 employees working on adding client info that should have converted.

The reports are very simple and can be run very quickly. I love that it is cloud based as my old system crashed often.
