They offer document management, so I can send multiple docs with one click. Cons: Busy Paws advertises that the Learning Management System is comparable to "Kajabi or Teachable, built for dog trainers." This is misleading and FALSE. The LMS is nothing like Kajabi or Teachable.If you plan to use the LMS, look elsewhere. Pricing for Busy Paw's CMS and LMS is equal to or greater than Acuity tiers with any LMS (Teachable, Kajabi, Ruzuku, LearnWorlds, etc.), but they do not offer the same feature list. Instead, they offer a bare-bones WYSIWYG without the ability to add templates or columns, in-line images, or any formatting aside from text. No embedding or ability to open links in a new window.No ability to resize images. Images size to fit, so they are huge and grainy. No assessment features, quizzes, or surveys.There is no way to track courses. 'Courses Completed' is not accurate. I have to log in to the client to see the progress.No landing page or ability to preview courses. I must build a page from the ground up to showcase my courses. Then maintain it.The client must go through the onboarding process to sign up for a course. While the Client Management System features are great, the Learning Management System is seriously lacking and should not even be called an LMS. Reasons for switching to BusyPaws I wanted to integrate my courses into one place. This seemed to be comparable to Acuity and Teachable monthly. I didn't know how poor the LMS stacked up until I was in course creation. I trusted Busy Paws when they said they had a comparable product, and they let me down. I would highly recommend this software for your boarding and daycare business. The price of this software is very fair for what you get. Cons: There is a “work around” for pricing, depending on your pricing policies, however, they do have an upgrade for “dynamic pricing” but I really cant afford it right now. It offers everything needed under one umbrella and I’m glad I have chosen it. It was very easy to add the code to my website as well which made me feel more competent with computers than I actually am! Cons: It would be helpful if, when adding input fields to the intake forms, there was the ability to edit the order of the input fields. For example; I had created a long list of questions in the Pet and Customer fields and was in the process of adding them to an intake form when I realised that I needed to change the order of some of the questions but I couldn’t drag and drop the fields so had to undo a load of the drop-downs and sort of start again. I know it would have been easier to organise this offline beforehand but I was still learning the software and it was just a little niggle. Another handy option to have in the ‘field type’ could be a table that can have text added. In my paper questionnaire I have tables asking, for example, how a dog reacts to other dogs in various situations. The first column shows the situations (eg: in the house, in the garden, on the lead, Off-lead, etc…) and then I have 8 further columns labelled things like No Issues, Avoids, Barks/ Growls, Mouths/ Bites, etc… so then I can tick whichever cell(s) apply and doesn’t take up much space. For my BusyPaws intake form, I had to create multiple answers under the Multiple Option to include all the options I need which leaves the question looking very long on the questionnaire - something which I didn’t want to look off-putting to clients.
