If not spelled right, no animal shows up. Forget an animals name? Sorry- you can't look it up. Or maybe you can, we were given 1 week of training with installation- but no training manual. Finding support for questions is hard unless you are paying for it. It is not an easy program to learn, but once you master, it is a great program, packed with features.
