Pros/Cons
Pros
- The overall functionality of the application is excellent, and the customer support is outstanding.
- I love the ability to collect notes about our guests to remind us of their needs/preferences is great.
- Easy to use, helpful and responsive support team, cost effective and our staff and clients like it as much as we do.
Cons
- Some customers have trouble uploading pictures and Vacc certs.
- Have not fund anything a don't like with it so far.
- Online payments integrating with Xero until I had a clearer understanding of how this operated. Some older clients tell me they have difficulty in navigating the booking portal.
Pros
- Also I love the fact that you can send a quick text to a customer letting them know there dog is doing great or if there is an issue. I could go on and on, but it is definitely worth the monthly fee.
- Paul and his crew have done a terrific job creating an application that takes the hassle of running a daycare to let you do what you love, be with the dogs.
- Improved customer satisfaction: PetExec enables pet care businesses to provide better customer service and build stronger relationships with their customers.
Cons
- Also, when scheduling a grooming or daycare (through boarding), having to re-enter the times for pick-up and drop-off every single time is ridiculous when the time had already been chosen.
- The unic problem that Theo have is a Wasted space.
- So if a client used a daycare used petexec, i cannot use their email as their username, because the other company ALSO used it as the username. This is def my number 1 complaint.
