Block party is my go-to app for open houses. Their software is SUPER easy to use and it's actually pretty powerful regarding letting me use my branding and photos in the Open House Sign-in.

The follow up by the developer has been great. I am recommending this to others in our office.

I love the automatic follow-up and thank you messages that go out after an open house guest checks in. I also love how easy it is to  look back at and refer to the leads that came through.

It seems like the developers are super responsive to feedback from users. Suggestions are acknowledged and implemented with updates.

At the beginning it had limited functionality, but that was quickly turned around and updated.

Block pantry made my work easy to navigate and result we can do our job better and more efficiently.

The text follow up and CRM integration are great.

There were some features around property photo enhancement that I really wanted to be included in Block Party...but not long ago the developers added them.

Love the ease of use and will help in no longer having to deal with not being able to read hand written sign in sheets.

It’s simple and still powerful. They seem like they really want their users to succeed.

It really helps people bringing new listing in the market which is one of the most important things for people like us.

Tough to pick a problem with their current app. I just hope that one day they can build more apps for agents so I can retire some of my older software products once and for all.

The features are better than all thecompetition (even the compared to alternatives that charge a high subscription) and price for Block Party is actually FREE.

I love the fact that it's amazing and quality and valuable yet it is offered at the best price range on the planet...FREE NINETY NINE! haha. Seriously though what it provides is pretty incredible.

I have had great experience with the app and help with customer service when I had any questions their response time as very quick and I highly recommend  to anyone doing open houses.

Makes an Android device into a decent kiosk - what more could you ask for. Pin access is good, and it seems to work well across different types of device.

It helped implement HR solutions highly convenient. I recommended it at our workplace and the features it support are large.

I like the ease of it for what we are using it for, which is a clock in/out for our staff in multiple locations. Easy to install and manage, also great support.

Support was forthcoming and helpful, even by phone if needed.

The hardware is definitely a problem. I'm not sure how much the problems come from our developers or the software.

I think the only thing that was a bit disappointing would be a lack of mixed-mode attract screens. It'd be nice to be able to pull up either web pages, videos, or images.

I needed to interact with their support folks about six times. In every instance, my call was handled promptly, and I got the answers I needed quickly.

The setup and configuration. The online manual is tough to negotiate.

The setup was a bit confusing at times, mostly using terms/phrases that I wasn't familiar with (being new to kiosks in general didn't help).

The support team is off-the-charts awesome. I configured and installed our three kiosks (and two users) myself.

It allowed for us to remotely monitor and update the devices as necessary, and only required us to physically secure our devices afterwards.

Easy to setup and configure, Customer Support is top notch.

The best thing is that you can use it on your mobile phone using Android. Easy to operate and ideal to protect your documents and desk.

The set up is straightforward and can be as detailed as you want. It is also a great tool to control what websites can be visited on a public computer.
