Application management per device is a bit restricted, as there was no way to uninstall/reinstall specific applications on specific devices, unless you create a profile around it.

The lack of information in the staging process is a downfall. You can have 20 of the same hardware staged, with no information such as S/N or IMEI to identify the staged hardware.
