Designed for small to midsize businesses, One Tap Check-In’s drag-and-drop interface allows users to add multiple guest lists at once into Excel sheets. It enables firms to collaborate with teammates in real-time using mobile devices and conduct custom surveys. Additionally, the solution’s dashboard allows users to gain insights into daily guest check-ins, check-outs, event activities and more.

One Tap Check-In enables firms to categorize customers as VIPs and receive short message service (SMS) notifications once they have checked-in. Best way to track class attendance by far.

Pros

Easy to use platform. Saves time and eliminates the need for keeping and tracking attendance on paper. Usable across multiple devices and for various functions. I track attendance for my class, use it as a sign/check in tracker for student group events, and I also use it to record attendance for events that my nonprofit organization organizes.
