Pros/Cons
Pros
- Love that we can print even the smallest of labels for our smaller items. Print quality is superb and can be used with many different printers.
- Integrations is a great tool and are very powerful when wanting an action repeated easily. Librarian is a great feature to ensure label revs are tracked and managed properly.
- The features that I like the most about this software include: ease of use, functionality, great customer support, easy to setup and maintain.
Cons
- The feature that I disliked the most about this software are it's limited control of printer setting.
- I also had a bit of trouble setting the page format based on the printer. Once you choose a printer it's hard to change it from my experience, I ended up creating a new label altogether.
- Hard to edit texts as it often takes you to a separate window. Text formatting is strange, size of text increases as you change the text box so it's difficult to control the text size.
Pros
- It's easily customizable and very user-friendly. Their are many great features for all company types and the support team is wonderful.
- The support from our representative [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent. She has been helpful with setting up the system for our needs and very responsive with any issues that arise.
- My experience has been wonderful. Flowtrac definitely demonstrates their willingness to work with their clients to achieve the best results.
Cons
- I can’t delete a product if I mess up, I can only make it inactive.
- As with any new software integrating to other software systems can be difficult.
- The process of integrating what we already had in place was difficult, however once we figured out what needed to be done, the process move smoothly.
