Trouble transmitting of Microbiology result to EMR.

Can I give less than one star on customer service. Literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in business or anywhere else.

I liked how easy it was to navigate and our staff can use it with out difficulty.

I have had excellent conversations with  rep. She is helping me with the program and has assured me that she and others will help me all the way through this process.

My lack of training of all the tools, but I was not at my office when LabDaq was installed.

The gaps in between some panels, no continuity. A lot of added features that's needed is costly.

I have been pretty surprised at the capabilities of the software.

LabDaq is super user friendly and easy to learn and teach. My new techs picked up on very quickly.

Moving to the US from another country this laboratory system is new for me, but with the easiness of use of CGM it helped me get comfortable and confident with work.

We find the software easy to use and customize. The support team is excellent.

Inactivated tests and panels cannot be hidden from ordering and other menus. Better customized reports, hate having to pay to get a report the we can read.

Some of the management report names are confusing as far as what the report will actually be.

Overall has been a good experience with a rocky start, but mostly due to short timeframe for implementation (4 months).

The customer support is what really won me over. I feel super blessed to have such a great team to count on when things go bad.

I came from supporting Cerner and Epic and was not expecting CGM to be as good as it is. Support has been very helpful in helping me understand the system.

LabDaq is straightforward and logical and has all of the features that our small business needs. And if we do have a need or issue, customer service has always been very helpful.

We are able to check out material and check it back in when returned. The autofax and interface functions are very helpful for report delivery and saves us alot of time.

Some reports are difficult to run. I would like to be able to get yearly block totals but this seems to be difficult to run.

The program is relatively easy to use and relatively user-friendly. Most things are self-explanatory and intuitive which helps with workflow issues.

Query manager, report manager, and list manager areas are very easy to utilize and gather data. Customer service to improve services and Novopath tools in the past has been a positive experience.

Customized, pertinent workflows which fit our various situations, while allowing for standardization later. Support, implementation and other staff are outstanding to work with.

The support team could be more responsive and helpful. We had a designated support member who was exceptional at her job -Amina.

This type of structure is what has worked best for us. Now, it seems like nothing gets done in a timely manner.

My biggest complaint is you cannot modify anything without contacting support and then you are charged.

Overall it is easy to use. It integrates well with Paragon.

The product is very easy to use with multiple report features that help to ease quality assurance.

Nothing significant that I would state is a negative with the program.

I like Novopath for it’s functionality and customizability. There are a lot of different options and tools to make it fit in perfectly for your individual lab and users.

She left the company and her loss is very clear. She went above and beyond for our lab.

Previous efforts on that were futile with no technical backbone to support it.
