Overall, I would highly recommend Dendi - their product (while a bit raw), is top-notch, and their customer support is great too.

Since they move so quickly, it can be hard to keep up with at times.

Switching from a different vendor may be tough, due to the workflow updates.

The software is really easy, fast, and clean. We were used to large systems like Epic, which are often difficult to use and are starting to show their age.

If there was ever a problem, it was also very easy to get in contact with the Dendi team and get a resolution; they had very strong follow-up.

Dendi still comes up with new ideas and improvements constantly and provides free updates they install on your cloud system every 2 weeks.

Dendi offers an easy-to-use, well-designed system at an affordable price point for new/small labs like us.

I like the flexibility of the product, the speed of the site, and the excellent and super responsive customer service from the Dendi team.

Dendi is a very easy LIS to implement and use. The system is intuitive and makes training employees fast and easy.

I am currently utilizing Dendi to streamline and automated reports such as Sample volume, sales commission, charges, expected reimbursements, affidavits, among other dashboard alike quick steps.

When we request any changes like a way to search for patients or adding more data to a report, they are always happy & quick to accommodate.

We are also excited to see additional functionality like integration with lab instruments and other software which will help us scale workflow more efficiently in terms of both time and money.

Overall the system is easy to use for laboratorians. It doesn't take long to upload results that will integrate into the patient's file for reporting.

Sales portal was helpful for tracking commissions. Physician portal was a great selling point for the lab.

The software has a very modern feel with the capability to perform any task we need. Its position as cloud-based software makes it the perfect partner for rolling out to new clients.

The built-in provider/patient portals, as well as their API, were also useful when it came to implementing new accounts, as they became a selling point for the lab as well.

Although there are still minor things to be tweaked, I like the appearance of the LIMS as a whole and how easy it is for our internal developers to use API and customise the LIMS to fit our needs.

I like that we can customise to get notifications when reagents are running low and when items have expired in addition to when and what maintenance are due for each equipment.

You can physically store the pdf of the Labguru virtual notebook but what do you do for the data. The moment my lab or research group decides to quit Labguru, all the data will be lost.

Not being able to impose the use of 2FA to users. Very frequent password change.

The ELN really helps to have a good overview of research that is conducted in an academic research lab.

When trying to import a large amount of data the system sometimes is slow or import fails occasionally. Sometimes the search function fails to find all documents.

Admin can electronically review, comment, and approve the teams results, progress etc. Labguru also offers an inventory feature which is very useful for sample management and orders.

The second aspect of using Labguru or any similar platform is the heavy reliance on the internet. Labguru is certainly not solely to be blamed solely.

It is great with integration with our other sample collection system. It is very easy to import in samples and link experiment and reagent usage to each sample.

Intuitive and complete eLN with good Project Management capacity.

The easy interface allows me to better control the Lab goals. The fact that the LabGure also backup all the data stored in another advantge.

Customizable ELN with amazing customer support.

If someone has a bad internet day then he/she will not be able to work on Labguru at all.

It's just a very good system to use to record and share experiments and the very importantly the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Interface is good and easy to use. Documenting every day work on this lab notebook is optimal.
