My experience has been great. We don't have an overly complicated marketing plan and this does everything that we need it to do.

Great for hosting multiple account instances, dedicated IP address, and easy to navigate.

Locked into a major contract, which even with their lack of performance, is tough to leave. Their UI is really, really bad.

I have used and reviewed many tools, but i will say Act-On is my favorite. Easy to use, and the best customer service of any of it's competitors.

It’s been a great tool but because we couldn’t utilize all the features internally, we had to hire a consultant.

Main dislike: More personalization for our sales force to view how their customers are responding.

They have been limited on their choices of stock email templates, but in August 2014, they are releasing a new builder, which should fix this tiny problem.

Their support is amazing now that they have the live chat option.

Our sales team is massively impressed with the capabilities and insights that Act-on provides through the integration with our CRM tool.

Ease of use and template share between markets is great.

Customer support is excellent, and the constant release of point upgrades and additional, no-charge functionality is awesome. We have massively improved the quality and volume of qualified leads.

Unfortunently there was no integration with our Sage CRM so in ways we were automating but then just creating more manual work on our part because of the lack of integration.

Reporting is quite good and easy to understand. Love the continuous product improvements that are made.

Great Automation Program, Especially for SugarCRM Users.

The product and Customer Support are great. Act-On was our company's first marketing automation platform, and there are others out there, but I think our decision was a good one.

This was disappointing and one of the reasons we bought it. No improvements have been made recently.

Our sales team loves Act-On, and how much control they have over what they see, and we in marketing love the intuitive interface and the ease of setting up nurturing campaigns.

This software has great features. Act On is easy to use with the available instructions and other help information.

Decent if you already have it and infrequently email. There are better solutions at lower prices.

My favorite piece is the email marketing (including their fantastic A/B testing), and their automated programs. Integrates extremely well with Salesforce.

Usability is very bad, and support is not very helpful when things are malfunctioning.

Since the very beginning of our relationship with Act-On, they have been helpful and have always been improving the product. It is a very intuitive tool and makes marketing fun and effective.

Overall, Dynamics CRM is the biggest problem; however, if Act-On is going to support its integration with the platform, it has to better understand it. Besides that, I like the tool.

Need more some updates! it sometimes lags when it browsing different sites and options.

We switched to Act On to be able to take advantage of setting up automated campaigns based on user behavior both in our emails and on our website.

Act-On has supplied us with a platform to create quality looking emails and marketing materials with ease.

The platforms has some strong segmentation abilities and offers a lot of integrations with other tools.

Overall I would give Act-On a low pass. The issues with customer service, slightly overpriced and the lack of proper development plagued my experience.

Once you learn it, you realize how nice of a tool it is. Email campaigns, lead scoring, assessing total voice of customer -- it's all there.

Good product to help business owners create a simple website to create an online presence. The inclusion of templates helps those that are less creative to build a working, nice-looking website.

The best thing about GoDaddy's website builder is definitely their customer service. People are friendly, in reach and actually help you out.

If you are just looking to get something up in a hurry this a great way to go. It also integrates well with 3rd party data base creation.

A lot of basic facilities are not available. Customer Services cannot help with most of the main problems.

Not user-friendly, very difficult to add or remove content, couldn't manage areas and/or text boxes...really horrible.

The software is kinda annoying to use because it's overwhelming. There are to many options and it's a little confusing when you don't know what everything does.

You do need to pay for the rights to the website domain name, but other then that, there isn’t much else to pay.

The price is a bit high, and I am not sure why, but my website gets very little traffic. This is frustrating after two years.

What I like most about GoDaddy is that it's simple to use and provides plenty of features for your site. On top of that, it has wonderful customer service.

Easy and simple pre-fab templates to get going without much learning curve; gets a website up in minimum time. Integrates well with PayPal, Stripe, etc.
