Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is incredibly easy for our presenters and attendees to use. While our presenters enjoy doing webinars, this is the first time they've described it as fun. It's a very clean interface.

  • Very easy to use, packed with features and a responsive team.

  • Cons

  • There was an issue with audio/video sync of recordings but it has been addressed.

  • The description of the webinar doesn't support bold, italic and other common word processing functions. It's not a show stopper for us, but it would be nice.

  • Pros

  • Lot of good quality included templates. Easy to use and quick.

  • That it just works perfectly fine and it's super easy to use and to get used to.

  • Cons

  • The value is reasonable but for small businesses maybe not so much.

  • It would be nice if they had more templates but the ones they have are still very good. This is a small detail but I am sure it will improve over time.
