I like the recommended templates that come in Dotmailer. We are excited to implement triggered campaigns.

We had many billing errors with them. Decided to just cancel after contract was up.

The Magento integration is terrific, you can really give your subscribers email offers tailored to their interests. That's such a crucial part of email marketing.

That's a huge plus to getting their attention and looking professional also. The e-mail automation programs are a life-saver.

Problem re-subscribing customers who unsubscribed in the past due to strict spam control.

Meaning whenever had to be sent out, you will have to fire up a Windows 7 virtual machine that was solely used, to send out marketing emails.

Really easy to use, templates and image friendly, good customer and technical support. Has good automation options and multiple folder capability for prospect and customers mail outs.

They have a great on-boarding process and team supporting the launch/transition. When issues have come up they are very quick to resolve them.

Dotmailer is a great platform that allows for some powerful means of mass messaging/emailing.

Features are easy to use, program. Amazing customer service, campaign test options are easy.

A top notch support team quickly identifies and resolves any issues. Our customer success manager analyzes our campaigns and provides helpful insights to make each one more effective.

The only thing I dislike about Dotmailer is that when sending an email to a specific group of contacts you are unable to choose another group of contacts to exclude from the send.

The benefits are the ease of creating templates for emails, the reporting supplied, and the customer support has proved very helpful.

Love the segmentation and automation features. Haven't used the new preferences section but that also looks like it will be helpful to our marketing.

Our dotmailer contact is very responsive and fast when we have questions--sometimes she answers within 3 minutes. That level of customer help is great.

There was not much support when it came to automation. I set up an automation that the service rep said looked correct, but it does not work the way it needs to.

I like the ease of building emails and the tutorials are very helpful. I also like the integration with SalesForce when it works.

The issue is there is no warning when you setup the logic if it may cause issue. It just happens when you set the schedule and let it runs.

We have a very small team of 2 handling marketing so the features and suggestions and sample templates are super helpful.

The software really helps to convert a contact into a sales opportunity. HubSpot has an excellent customer support team and the platform has how-to and detailed demo section for the starters.

Great automations, and lot's of useful integrations. Support is excellent and the product receives regular upgrades to enhance the experience.

Hubspot makes it easy to track emails, create and implement forms and monitor leads. Great all-purpose software that's easy to customize exactly how you need and the customer support is fantastic.

Reporting and analytics data is robust; integrations (like calendar)and booking meetings & links are awesome.

I have accidentally overlooked that property when I get on a roll and have emailed the wrong document to the wrong persona.

Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years.

The ease of using the software is something superb. Also covering all the minute needs a company can have, in marketing, is amazing.

It helps in organizing your relationship with customers and helps in tracking leads. It helps in growing more traffic and converting them into visitors.

That it is free and it has amazing customer service. It’s really focuses on the consumer and company having a good relationship.

I find it super easy to chat with someone when I have a question and they are very hands on in helping you find a solution.

The only possible thing to dislike is the percentage threshold for Unsubscribes. Which can be annoying depending on the size of your audience.

Overall I have really enjoyed Hubspot and have been excited about exploring all that Hubspot is capable of.

Hubspot analytics are very terrible, and hard to integrate with Google Analytics.

The tool is very intuitive, the sales workflow is clear and help you to take control of your opportunities and your accounts. The alerts to contact your clients are very useful.

They helped us with customization. The price is excellent for the features and there is room to add things like marketing solutions as well.

I also manage my signature for emails and newsletters through hubspot directly to my gmail. It is very user friendly for someone who is not the best at technology and the help section is very useful.

What best suits me is the software's price, since I don't have a budget like the one I would like. However, HubSpot's tools allows me to handle my brand in a very professional way.

Utilizing the features of this application I was able to launch to extremely successful sales campaigns. The application was responsive and the analytics were correct and useful.

This program is easy to use and easy to learn; we've been able to successfully onboard dozens of our employees to use the system successfully.

I like the email templates that help save time, how it can track who has opened a mailer or email and the ease of use in collecting a form.

One error in workflow or sequence can cause HAVOC across your account. There is no way to revert issues  without manually fixing them.

But I'm constantly learning about additional features that improve our ability to capture and convert leads. It integrates with everything and allows us to create amazing campaigns.

Hubspot has been super Easy to get started with and is great for a small start up with a free trial.

Overall, HubSpot is a fantastic tool for large corporations. Its integrated functions are outstanding and you can clearly understand how lead generation and sales funnels are performing.

Great, it takes time to learn all the details, it's not so easy from the very first use, but the support team is super helpful.
