- The software really helps to convert a contact into a sales opportunity. HubSpot has an excellent customer support team and the platform has how-to and detailed demo section for the starters.
- Great automations, and lot's of useful integrations. Support is excellent and the product receives regular upgrades to enhance the experience.
Cons
- I have accidentally overlooked that property when I get on a roll and have emailed the wrong document to the wrong persona.
- Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years.
Pros
- I love the tool that examines the lead to give advice on what I can make better (the lead optimizer tool). That's super helpful and informative.
- There are many great templates to start with. If you know how to use it, it is a great time saver and gives you great conversions.
Cons
- They take email SPAM permissions seriously, I missed out on a couple hundred addresses for not doing my due diligence in terms of freebies and email captures.
- I forgot to cancel, and they charged me even after 1 month of no usage. No biggie, I just requested them to cancel and refund - since their software has not been useful for me.
