Pros
- The experience has been great, especially customer support. They are fast to get back and super helpful in making your projects as successful as possible.
- KickoffLabs has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective solution.
- I liked the ease and clarity I received while implementing this software into my daily work routine.
Cons
- This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with any type of platform.
- Nothing I can think of is bad about it, it was seamless.
- Pricing: Can be expensive for small businesses or startups with limited budgets.
Pros
- Luckily the online support team is VERY responsive when I need help. Plus all of the videos they have online are a great help when you don't want to constantly ask for help.
- Overall it’s a great tool and allows businesses like ours to not pay more for pricey developers we can do this ourselves for minimal cost but great results.
- This has a great visual interface making it super easy to do basic coding and create your own landing pages and giveaway pages and ability to export the list if you upgrade.
Cons
- You also need to adjust the way you do billing it's terrible how people are automatically upgraded and expected to pay for it. Far to many emails that are useless and feel like spam.
- The widgets are sometimes a bit confusing to use.
- It was cutting off the submit button once someone uploaded images to their entry.
