  • Pros

  • The ability to now expand on the simplicity of the product that we began with, will open up even more opportunities for our sales people.
  • We are very excited and pleased with our decision to move to LeadMaster and look forward to a long term successful relationship.
  • When we have a question, the answers are provided immediately. It is a great tool and a great service.
  • Cons

  • Likewise, if these things are not addressed prior to setup, you can end up with a mess of useless data and reports.
  • If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.
  • We have tried using if for a few years now for about 1% of our staff. The main problem with it is if you change one thing, the system does not update the other parts of the program.

  • Overall an excellent product with outstanding customer service - the team has been prompt and helpful with their replies and I look forward to working with them for a very long time.
  • Take the free trial and you will understand that this is a great product, the best value for money.
  • Overall, a great expericen with reply, a solid software to help you engage email at scale.
  • Cons

  • I dislike that it doesn't have error messages when you're trying to import contacts and something goes wrong.
  • Some minor features are still missing, but I'm a very demanding client. For example everytime you upload contacts and some of the contacts are skipped, the app should notify why.
  • I have problems connecting with BaseCRM that is kinda already implemented.
