The design options and templates are very good. Very good analytics and very easy to import mailing lists.

Also, the customer service is quick, responsive, kind, and great to work with.

There was a recent crash of the entire site which was very frustrating because there was no way to access my account.

Unlimited emails are great for an ecom business like ours, and the automation is essential for us (it's the main reason we switched from HubSpot, which cost literally 10x more to include automation).

For me, the automation and the connection to Jotform via zapier is very helpful.

I really enjoy this platform, I think is the best I have encountered I have tried constant contact and Mailchimp but Mailerlite is my favourite.

My experience with their lack of support has left a bad taste in my mouth, however.

The open rate on the newsletter is lower than it should be, a problem due to Mailerlite's servers getting blacklisted from time to time. It's rather frustrating when that happens.

Unbounce provides all of the tools you need to make an effective landing page for advertising but it's simple to use. A/B testing, tracking, and integrations, all in one easy-to-learn software.

The downside is it takes a little time to understand how to add the sticky popups to your website with the correct URL's.

Its really user friendly and good to use, have used trail version and really liked the way we can actually create the desired pages we want.

Price; Unbounce appears to be monopolizing the landing-page building market - and they know it. It's unlikely to be within the price range of most small-medium businesses.

As a web designer, a client was pretty adamant on me using this, although there's a good chance they could have done it themselves.

Price needs to be controlled as its too much costly for many of the start ups to afford, unbounce need to check and redesign the prices.
