I had a limited budget and a limited amount of time. But, I refused to "phone it in" and create a so-so website like some I've seen from other similar providers. So I dug in and conducted a website search where I stumbled upon Ucraft. The minute I logged onto their site, I knew they​ were onto something -- and subsequently -- so was I. I chose a template, tweaked it with all the built-in cool tools to make it my own, asked a boatload of questions from the most patient and knowledgeable​ support team I have EVER encountered (on any site in my life, bar none), and created a site I was A) proud of and that B) helps my business bring​ in business every day​.

• User-friendly and intuitive • Clear, plain-English​ explanations and instructions • Outstanding (and fast!) support • A variety of appealing templates that once amended, look as good as any "from scratch" website you could buy

• I didn't find out about them soon enough (Maybe increase your advertising and/or marketing efforts because people need you and they need to know you're out there!) • Um...I'm thinking, but I got nothin'.

Ucraft is a good and reliable tool, to creates everything from landing pages to blogs to big ecommerce shops.

Almost endless editing possibilities, with strong focus on SEO. Multi page advanced website building and region / language swithcher. Works nice with uploaded fonts.

Minor visual bugs, and mobile editing possibilities. Lack of visual functionality on some features like "bluring" or "drop shadow"

At first I was enamored with Ucraft. It seemed to be just what I was looking for: a light, easy, landing-page creator, not as cumbersome as wordpress, but not as restrictive as wix. Yes, it is all that, but it has a couple of drawbacks that are so big, they negate a lot of the ease. The biggest one? THERE IS NO UNDO. So when I had hilited a page of text to slightly adjust the size of the font...and then my finger slipped and erased the entire page...it updates in real-time and there was no way on earth to retrieve the text. Yes the customer service response time is quick, but they seem to only be able to say, "No we can't help you." I have not yet figured out yet if it is compatible with ClickBank, so am waiting to see if it works from CB's side. Finally, right now my site is coming up with 502 Bad Gateway...this sort of issue proves the truth of the saying, "The bitterness of poor quality will be remembered, long after the sweetness of low price has been forgotten." This is the 5th website I have run, and the 4th platform I have used, but unless they really up their game I won't be using it again.

No way to save your work or save a version of your site. Updates in real-time, cannot go back to even 3 seconds ago.

The website I made was for an NGO that helps abandoned animals in my area find homes. We are getting great responses from our followers about our page and our doggies are happy about a better chance to find a home. Finally we have a nicely organized album of all the adoptable dogs.

It was difficult for me to believe I could make my own web page in a matter of days but Ucraft is very user friendly and they have an amazing support team. They answered all my questions in a few minutes and the overall process of making the webpage was very smooth. I would encourage everyone to give it a try.

I haven't really encountered any downsides yet.

This is a fantastic web based software that is a great option for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive way to start a blog or non-profit website.

The software allows you to create a very nice looking site and link it to a domain with the free version.

The content is somewhat limited with the free version, and there are many things you cannot do (i.e. integrate an article into the web page).

Pretty good. It's easy for beginners and helps get you out there for the most part. The price is pretty awesome for the quality as well.

This review is based on the UCraft free plan which sadly only allows one page/website. Prior to using Ucraft, I've used Privy and ONTRApages. Sadly, both landing page software's while amazing only allows one field option 'Email'. I couldn't use either this time, as I needed visitors name and phone numbers in addition to their email address. My deadline was also approaching and given the priority level of the project, asking finance for funds what out of the question. I needed a simple landing page with flexible design and advanced form settings such as more field options, ability to send entries to multiple emails. It also has to be responsive and SEO optimized. E.D.G. & Atelier designed a building and as the client was currently seeking investors to rent floor space, we decided to help refer customers and gain commissions in the process. To do this we needed to direct potential customers from our social media profiles and mailing list to a landing page with information on the building rather than sending them directly to the client's website. The idea was simple, get visitors interested in renting or buying into the building to fill a form with relevant details after which a copy of the form entry would be sent to our client as a potential customer referral from us. Creating the page was simple, so was adding effects to bring the page to life, Lena from UCraft Customer system was a delight to chat with, she responded to my numerous questions at each stage of the design process. The UI was clean and easy to work with, the templates were beautiful and easy to customize. The lack of integrations is a problem, as well as the inability to customize the 'message submitted' email. It would be good to be able to change the subject title at the very least, but that isn't a big deal.

Ucraft has a very good support ecosystem, ease to use widgets and truly stayed to their mantra ' Why recreate the wheel?' I am no expert, however, I have managed to understand and made pretty good progress. Have even their own Ecommerce which is great!

Well, at times, could have delayed response which is understandable. Ecommerce is kind of stand-alone currently, not sure, how it is going to turn out for me. Fingers crossed!

I've had an incredible experience with Ucraft. I'm not a designer, but I know what good design and a good customer experience looks and feels like. So when I started my website and started setting everything up, it didn't take long for me to see that everything, from finding the perfect template to the shopping cart process was designed with the customer in mind. I'm so happy I went with Ucraft. Their customer support is also amazing, which I can't say is true for some of the other bigger guys.

- Everything on the site is not only customizable, but it's EASY to customize. I'm not a programmer or developer and this was so easy. - Price is great. I've made back the entire year of hosting with 2 sales. No brainer - Everything is built with ME and the end user in mind. For me, it's so easy to make changes to the site, and it's a simple, beautiful experience for the end user. - Support is great, they're available (it seems like) all the time, and are so quick to answer my questions.

- Some features like discount codes are avaibable in a higher plan, but that's not really a big deal because they have a feature that shows if the product is on sale, so it's cool for now.

It’s been a smooth set up with lots of support from the instant chat. There was some issue with the security which meant my site was down but they fixed it really quickly. I would like more flexibility and design choice options but it does work for what I wanted!

Love the shop feature! It’s fab ucraft does take from any sales. The instant messaging for help is fantastic, I would have been lost with out it. It’s really affordable too which helps so much while starting up my business

I find the SEO side and getting people to my site organically is difficult. Would be nice to have a few more features like an Instagram feed similar to the Facebook one but both to be able to customise how it looks (maybe you can I’ve not been able to) More flexibility on customising how the contact form looks would be nicer. More templates to choose from would be good. Found most to be too similar

So far, using Ucraft has been great. I will keep using them for clients. However, I am not compelled enough to move my personal website from Weebly to Ucraft

I am super frustrated as my website is down from time to time "due to migration" and the team is "sorry for the inconvenience" but does not do anything, do not tell me in advance when this will happen

A page is easy to create, the WYSIWYG editor is OK (some minors issues that are easy to overcome). Set up of the tool was really easy.

They do upgrade/maintenance without notifying the users, ie you discover a downtime ONLY if you go on your website or your users complain about it. I asked many times to receive notifications ahead....

Absolutely love this software, and the customer service, 24/7, is one of the best features. There is always a friendly, knowledgable agent available to help sort out any problems. Couldn't be happier!

Ucraft is perfect for those who wants to start a small project for their startup. First it gives a free plan to create a 1 page website absolutely for free. You can then even connect your domain for absolutely free, which makes ucraft out of the competition. I have looked for this kind of solution and realized that it is only ucraft who provides us with this! Also everything is working fine and seamless with great UI and UX. The only problem is that it is rather new to the market and it is not integrated with a lot of other softwares yet, but the support guys, who are very friendly btw, claim that they are integrating ucraft with Shopify, DesignBold, and more in the near future!

The customer service was excellent. I was confused on a few things and had to write them several times throughout building the website. They answered every time quickly and were very patienct with me.

I picked Ucraft because the design seemed more modern than a lot of other website builders. It looks much nicer than my old website.

There were a few quirks to get used to when building my website.

The ability to attatch your domain at no cost is the sole reason why I use this service! I was surprised to see the advanced effects you can use with your website as a premium user!

Watermark, because I am a free user unfortunately. However, given the features. Will become premium in time.

The ability to hopefully have a custom domain name for free once all of this is fixed. Nice font stylings and a a very easy user interface and experience.

The ease of building the website and having an I clean one pager was really important to us. Easy integration with our godaddy account was a perk too..but we soon found out that the integration was TERRIBLE! However, UCRAFT has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They have been way more helpful than GoDaddy. Ucraft has held my hand and provided me with step by step guides and screenshots. Thy even know what to do within GoDaddy and CloudFlare. At this point I'm not sure what they don't know about! I really cannot thank them enough for their patience and expertise.

Ever since the very first day of using Ucraft, I have been stunned by how easy it is to use, how various the options are, and how professional the staff is.
