Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love Jobber's design - beautiful modern. Love it! I love the ease of use as well. I havent had any trouble finding anything so far.

  • The customer service people were great. The scheduling and time sheet function was quite easy to manage.

  • Cons

  • I think its gets a litlle pricey and things start to add up as you use it more. But otherwise its a pretty good app.

  • Sometimes the app will freeze on you , but I don't see that as a big deal. The benefits and the cost far outweigh any negatives, which negatives are almost non-existent.

  • Pros

  • I like how it files the customers. Its convenient to access and is usually easy to navigate through the program . Always have some one just a message away to assist with any issues . LOVE THAT!

  • The customer service is fantastic! There is not usually a wait time to get a person on the line to assist in any way.

  • Cons

  • It's never fun setting up software it wasn't difficult but it was a little bit time consuming. Once everything is set up it pretty much runs itself though.

  • The invoicing functionality is my least favorite feature, however, given that we're not in Quick Books, I appreciate why. That said, tweaking it to offer basic accounting options would be great.
