Pro - all the free services plus enhanced communications, automation, and low credit card rates - up to 100 customers. Pro+ - all the free services plus enhanced communications, automation, and incredibly low credit card rates - up to 100 customers. Lawnager also charges a minimum fee of $15 for automated collection services.

Great software

Great experience the auto pay feature allows jobs to be paid as done instead of billing monthly and waiting for customers to pay. It has allowed us not to lose money in those customers that decide not to pay bill or have to be tracked down for payment.

PROS

We love the auto pay option, as it provides Daily Cash flow for our business.

CONS

Would love integration with Quickbooks which I believe is coming soon. As improvements are made things are easier to keep track of

Lawnager isn't to bad of a website.

PROS

I didn't really like it alot because it didn't help with getting any new customers unless it's because of not knowing how to use the platform

CONS

I couldn't ever get in touch with customer service through phone or email

I am not sure how you were missed but we will take note and improve in the future. You are correct - our platform is currently not targeting new customer acquisition (hopefully someday soon).
