I'm a landscape maintenance and construction estimator. I use Property Intel to map and measure all of my projects, whether from aerials or blueprints. I even use it as design software when our designer is overloaded. It has made my job much easier and streamlined compared to other options. I celebrate with each of their updates and improvements because I spend 40 hours of my life every week using this software. The customer service has always been immediately accommodating and the developers care very much about their clients needs. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I can't pick just one thing. They're great across the board. Editing tools and aerial imaging are high quality. They're constantly pushing quality of life updates and introducing new features. The customer service is top notch. Maps I submit to them for measurements are returned very fast and accurate, usually the next day. They are cost effective compared to the competition. #### Cons There's a few minor bugs that need ironed out. It's due to them rolling out so many new features regularly. It's inevitable when sending new features live, and they wrap back around and clean things up. Examples of bugs for your understanding: One of their export options has layering issues that is really only a problem in niche circumstances. Their other export option is perfect, so it's not a big deal. If you add an image to a project, sometimes it won't be there when you reload it and will have to add it again. There's a couple other minor things like this. They'll fix it all in time. #### Reasons for choosing PropertyIntel PropertyIntel was more cost effective, and had the best quality maps and editing tools. I thought the change with the programs was unexpected and items did not transfer over from GoiLawn well, but i decided i did not want the same items on this map. I have tried to view the space different times and it will still not load. They make frequent updates to their system and are very easy to work with. The cloud version is great and helps when there are multiple people working in the platform. It makes project management easy when it all flows together. Getting estimates out to customers faster and turning sales. #### Cons Some features need tweaking. When you launch a property from Aspire, it pulls the default catalog, but when you launch from PropertyIntel, it pulls the catalog that is made by our company. I also appreciate the improvements that have been made over the past year or so.
