It's easy to understand, but full of smart features that will help us to be excellent in our trade. Having a quality customer service experience, consistently, is also a huge reason I can trust that ConstructionOnline wants us to be successful together. #### Cons I wish I had more time to get familiar with all of the features available but the 10 day trial period is still enough to see that this is the system for us. We are over 1 year in and we are happy with the decision to jump in to ConstructionOnline for our construction management platform. Before using this application, we had a hard time keeping track of where we were in a project financially - This has been hands down the best part of the platform. Also, having such a transparent tool for change orders and selections has eliminated lost costs which we regularly had from changes getting lost. The tracking of decisions by our client has been super helpful, too. #### Cons We continue to have problems that almost always end up being syncing issues. We were never able to use the platform to communicate internally, which unfortunately requires us to keep other apps for that. No incentive was offered I have been a user for many years - from way back when they started and used the Microsoft Office Suite as their platform. CS has abandoned the loyal customer base who helped build the business to what it is today. They have held their customer's data captive and prostituted them by abandoning the desktop platform and forcing the customer to pay ridiculously higher subscription fees. I understand innovation but at the least they could support the old customer base by maintaining, without upgrades, the previous platforms around which many of us built our businesses. Word of caution - expect to be treated the way that CS views you, as a commodity to be exploited not a customer to be appreciated. We had looked at 3 different software platforms to determine which would best fit our specific needs, and after going through demo sessions with all three, we landed on ConstructionOnline as being our frontrunner. They would not use the program because they were unfamiliar with the program and the benefits of its use. I strongly suggested that they use the training offered by UDA, and they still refused to even try. The reason was because I am older and I rely heavily on my own programs which I have to admit were prehistoric to say the least. I could understand them but no one else could. Once I open my own mind to the use of the program and I saw how easy it was to get customer services I was sold. #### Cons The only Con, I can think of is that sometimes they change things without giving notice and that forces you to modify the use and reporting functions of the program.
