The multi calendar option also allows our business to offer a variety of different activities at the same time to manage capacity levels. Cons: The only element we'd like to see is the ability to book multiple people into one activity rather than needing to do a person by person. This is "normal" according to Vcita support which blows my mind. I transitioned from a different system because I needed extras like being able to sell packages (vs single services), offer occasional discount codes, communicate with clients privately while keeping all the communication in the same place to refer to for later. I also like being able to send out e-newsletters and have an AI feature to help me polish my messages and give suggestions with integrated call to action buttons. And lastly, it gives multiple integrated ways to collect payments and issue automatic receipts that has my branding on everything. Cons: Currently there's still no automated new client intake forms that is as smooth as a couple of other platforms I had seen. I hope it happens in the future though. I do have a workaround for it, so it's not a dealbreaker but I hope to see an ability to automatically ask all my new clients to complete a few required forms and automatically remind them if they haven't yet completed them before their first appointment (such as Jane app).
